Jewellery is gift boxed and packaged in padded envelope, with company details, posted using Royal Mail (signature required).

Unless an item is being individually created for you, or has to be re-created due being out of stock your item should reach you within 21 days. However we do our best to send jewellery as soon as we can.

If in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt to obtain a Return Reference Code and we will be happy to arrange a refund or replacement.

Items for return must have our Return Reference Code and be in an "as purchased" condition. Sorry, but for hygiene reasons we cannot accept return of earrings unless faulty.

As our items are individually created, they can not necessarily be repeated.
