Buying jewellery from my website is both safe and secure. All online payments are through Paypal and card sales.  Members of PERK Scheme - Destination Basingstoke, please contact me before purchases are made so as your discount can be arranged.

Jewellery comes in organza bag or pretty packaging and packaged in padded envelope, with company address details, posted using Royal Mail (over £10, signature required).

Gift boxes available at small additional cost. Unless an item is being individually created for you, or has to be re-created due being out of stock, your item should reach you within 7 days.

However we do our best to send jewellery as soon as we can. If in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt to obtain a Return Reference Code and we will be happy to arrange a refund or replacement. Items for return must have our Return Reference Code and be in an "as purchased" condition.

Sorry, but for hygiene reasons we cannot accept return of earrings unless faulty. As our items are individually created, they can not necessarily be repeated.
