Little Swarovski Bead Angels - love, in an angel forever after. 'Especially for You'

With Easter, Weddings, and Christenings well in our thoughts - have been making more of my lovely Angels created using Swarovski Crystal Beads in various colours, pale blue, or just clear - Just like I did for Christmas.

So far my sparklig little charms have travelled as 'Guardian Angels' to different parts of the world.  Taken to Australia, Canada and New Zealand.  Given to families, so they have one each to carry with them - to keep them even closer.  For those given to friends who are ill, I hope they have helped.  Party gifts have been loved and enjoyed. Weddings too - added in with flowers, or sewn into the wedding dress, as favors and gifts or to add as many do, as charms - or to Party Bags.

For my part, I have made them with love, given them as raffle prizes or gift, attached one to my key ring. Received lovely thank you's for making and giving them - all of these reasons go to show, just how much a little angel can mean to us all.

** The pearl angels are made using mixed components including Swarovski Crystal Pearl Beads, have made pretty Christmas Decorations  and this time of year, Easter charms as well.

Wedding Fayre, The Holiday Inn, Basingstoke, Hampshire

This coming year we will be displaying our wedding jewellery again at the Holiday Inn -
Basingstoke - a Lovely wedding venue - The staff are friendly and helpful,  and the event will help I'm sure make your day special.

Thinking of 'sparkles' - Already been making new designs, recently posted on my web site and on my facebook page as well.  Take a peep - Hope you like it, or say hello on my contact page, as that is open too.

My next event will be The Spring Craft Fair on 11th March -The Community Centre, Longcross Lane, Hatch Warren, Basingstoke  a friendly fair - that always seems to give something back to the community.  Well worth popping into see us.  

Today I booked up for a Wedding Fair at the same venue - it seems a long way off, but 7th October comes around quicker than one thinks - especially when one has wedding and prom jewellery to design.  Say hello before that date if you wish - Jewellery making for me is an all year event.   Just completed a set of wedding jewellery for an October bride - Lovely.

Spent a lovely two mornings at Curves with my jewellery. It is certainly a lovely place to go to keep fit.

The year started with small private coffee mornings at various venues, and also at Cliddesden Village Hall - Enjoyable, friendly with a cuppa and a cake as well, where i am able to pop along throughout the year to say hello.

Visiting friends... Jewellery making is never far from our minds - shared thoughts of items previously made.  One is reminded never to forget these items, however small - like fashion, they could come back in a different form.  Friendships and memories are priceless.   Watch this space..... 

 

2011 -  Another year that is going so quickly.  I've visited fairs, coffee mornings, a playschool fundraising event - special for the children, private events, parties too with others to come.  There have been events at local companies and the continued support of my customers and friends - its been lovely 

My jewellery's been part of wedding days, by creating special collections for bride and bridesmaids, plus table gifts the ladies. Donated prizes in raffles, noticed a little girl choose my pendant, seen her face light up.  Been told by a little one, 'my rings are too large for her' so made one while she waited as I had brought some wire and crystals with me.  That was a realy joy.

In September I was chosen by Mr. Site to share in the voting of my web site for one month, giving me more site visitors to share with me, my jewellery creations. making my jewellery designing, and working with my Mr. Site package so worth while.  The winner: www.sos-animals.org.uk

Not forgotten, thoughts of gifts received, together compliments from customers which brighten every day, whatever the weather!   What a nice time I am having, and it is not over yet!

Workshops with Michaela are friendly and helpful - Brilliant  Well run, lots of thought goes into them - with a wonderful selection of glass to use  With guidance and some added help.. I made some really lovely pendants when I attended the one given at her home - see more on Flicker

Treat yourself - book a fused glass or silver clay workshop, or give a birthday gift with a difference.  Give them a call and book soon as spaces are limited.

Michaela also displays her beads at the Big Bead Show at Sandown. Spent a lovely day there last year and found a show bursting with colour and enthusiasm.
